THE COUNTRYFILE INTERACTIVE MAP

大象传媒 Studios Countryfile would like to know what and where you have been doing your act of kindness for wildlife for Countryfile’s Wild Britain. In order to achieve this we’ve devised an interactive map of the UK so you can get involved and show us your achievements.

• The map is open to all residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over.

The map will be live from the 16th April 2023.

• For the avoidance of doubt 大象传媒 Studios shall not be responsible for any fee, expense or cost incurred by you.

• You may only enter your good deeds for wildlife once every 7 days.

• Any acts of kindness for wildlife undertaken should only be done on land where permission to do so has been granted by the land owner. 大象传媒 Studios require that prior permission be sought before doing any good deeds on private property or private gardens. Please do not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when helping wildlife.

• 大象传媒 Studios reserves the right to: (i) amend the map and the wildlife logging process including, but not limited to, opening and closing times; (ii) disqualify anyone who breaches the rules, has acted fraudulently in any way or who has, in 大象传媒 Studios’ sole discretion, brought 大象传媒 Studios into disrepute and; (iii) cancel the map at any stage, if in its opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control.

• 大象传媒 Studios, their sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any server, system, network or service provider or otherwise which may result in any entry not being properly logged or not recorded.

• To the extent permitted by law, 大象传媒 Studios will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to either you, any other person or entity or any publicly or privately owned land (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) including financial loss, reputational loss or disappointment.

• The 大象传媒 Terms of Use apply to the use of this map.

• The map is run by 大象传媒 Studios.

• The governing law is that of England and Wales.

User Generated Content – Photos and Videos of Helping Wildlife

• If you would like to share videos and photographs of your acts of kindness for wildlife, you will be directed to an online form where you can add details, photographs and videos. You will be asked to provide contact details including your name, address and email. A member of the Countryfile team will contact you if they are interested in what you have been actioning and may want to feature you in the programme. The 大象传媒 Terms of Use apply to uploading and the use by the 大象传媒 of any user generated content.

• Please use your own 大象传媒 Account log in when entering.

• It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained from any person featured in photographs or videos. 大象传媒 Studios reserve the right to check on such consents.
