This campaign is looking for donations of sporting kit which are in a good condition, as well as companies or charities willing to offer their premises for donation collection of kit at specified times and/or for distribution to schools and clubs who may need them. The personal data that you submit via this Uploader will only be used for the purposes of contacting you for these purposes, if you choose to get involved.

The 大象传媒 is the ‘data controller’ of the personal information you give us. This means that the 大象传媒 decides what your personal information is used for, and the ways in which it is processed. The legal basis on which the 大象传媒 processes your personal information is your consent. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the Make a Difference Kit Out the Nation initiative. It will then be deleted.

As partners of 大象传媒 Make a Difference Kit out the Nation, we ask you to:

• Provide 大象传媒 Make a Difference with proof of charitable/non-profit status, although we can work with private companies in certain circumstances. (Charities must provide proof of registration with the Charities commission and no current or pending investigations).
• Provide a suitable link to your website which will be published on the 大象传媒 Make a Difference website.
• Give clear instructions about when you (the partner organisation) will be able to take in donations.
• Supply the 大象传媒 with a copy of your data protection agreement.
• Work with our national partners for distribution of kit if required.
• Reasonably record and feed back to 大象传媒 Make a Difference the volume and type of donations collected and distributed. Metric of measurement will be in bin bags filled.
• Undertake that kit donated will not be sold and there is no profit to be made as part of our partnership.
• Provide 大象传媒 Make a Difference with email and phone contact details within office hours for liaison purposes.
• Acknowledge that the 大象传媒’s role in this campaign is to put companies and charities in touch with people or organisations that will make use of the kit and has no connection to any of the items collected and/or distributed by partners and therefore you acknowledge that the 大象传媒 cannot accept any liability arising out of the collection and/or distribution of the items.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that donated items are fit for purpose and of suitable quality prior to distribution.
• Have in place with a reputable insurer appropriate and adequate insurance policies including public liability and products liability insurance which shall be no less than two million pounds sterling (£2,000,000) with scope of cover appropriate to your involvement in this Make A Difference Kit Out The Nation campaign in respect of any one claim or incident. You shall produce to the 大象传媒 upon request evidence of the required insurances in the form of an insurance certificate or broker’s letter confirming that the policies are in full force and effect.

Note that in contributing to 大象传媒 Make A Difference you agree to grant us a royalty-free, nonexclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want.
