Lantham claimed to have been a lover of the late businessman Samir Meshal, a union his widow categorically denied - but how would she have known? It transpires her husband had been rendered impotent by his battle with prostate cancer, something Lantham and her sources had been caught out by.

Her cover as Lantham now blown, FBI operative Tracey Vornan tried to flee to safety, but fatally ignored the training that instructed her to remain in her hotel room. But who lured Vornan to her death, and why?
