For young Penelope, the problems of the world can be distilled down into one very specific concern: the fate of her rather unusual pets.
She has ten of them – though she can only remember the names of five – and they live in her school playground on the Isle of Skye. With the holidays fast approaching, however, she decided to phone in to the Ask The Vet segment on 大象传媒 Radio Scotland’s Mornings programme to talk to an expert.
