Hollywood called and now Scotland’s youngest Michelin-starred chef is ready to compete on TV against the best in the world

Head Chef Graham Campbell recalls the moment he was first asked to be on an international cooking show, pitched against some of the best chefs in the world.
“I got a message about one in the morning saying ‘Would you like to be on this TV show by Netflix?’ And I’m like Yeah, this is a wind-up...”
But it wasn’t a wind-up and Graham went on to complete round after round of video interviews before finally being selected, after which he packed his bags for California.

Graham Campbell competes in a TV series against the best chefs in the world.
When he arrived in Los Angeles, Graham discovered that he was one of 48 chefs chosen from around the world. Only 24, however, would make the final programme.
Attempting to battle through to the last 24 alongside Graham are UK chefs and .
Graham was under strict instruction from his new programme’s producers not to divulge the results of the show – where’s the fun in spoilers, right? – but all 10 episodes will be available worldwide from 20 November.

Graham’s backstory
Graham wanted to be a chef from an early age.
His first job was at the Caledonian Hotel in his hometown of Oban. After years working around the UK to learn his trade, he returned to be head chef at The Ballachulish House near Fort William.
In 2009, at just 25 years of age, Graham was surprised to become the youngest chef in Scotland to receive a Michelin star.
Six years later, he competed with the best of Scotland’s talent for a place in Great British Menu.
