Graham’s backstory

Graham wanted to be a chef from an early age.

His first job was at the Caledonian Hotel in his hometown of Oban. After years working around the UK to learn his trade, he returned to be head chef at The Ballachulish House near Fort William.

In 2009, at just 25 years of age, Graham was surprised to become the youngest chef in Scotland to receive a Michelin star.

Six years later, he competed with the best of Scotland’s talent for a place in Great British Menu.
