It was Christmas Eve in Mistletoe Lane. At number 25 lived the Peppermint Family. There was mum, dad, a teenager and his kid brother called Caleb.
In the rear of the garden lived the ‘Nocturnal Information Intelligence’ aka the ‘NII’. The leader of the intelligence was a fast hedgehog called Hunter. His second in command was a fox called Francesca who had knowledge. There was Omar the Owl who could see the future and liked Time Travel. Beatrice was a shy bat whose power was Echo Location and Raymond the Racoon had sharp nails. A gender-free skunk called Sidney had a power of spraying gas.
Hunter overheard Caleb saying he did not believe in Santa. Hunter asked the team to use their powers to catch Santa and get a picture. Francesca got Caleb’s phone. Raymond helped Francesca cut branches with his sharp nails and build a bear crate. Beatrice collected wintery nuts for the reindeer. Sidney had the job to gas Santa and get him into the crate.
Positions said Hunter - Beatrice was up in the sky and her echo location heard the sleigh bells and Omar in the trees said he was 10 seconds away. Santa parked the reindeer in Mistletoe Lane on the slippery ice. Sidney gassed santa and got him into the crate. Francesca took a picture and Beatrice fed the reindeer with nuts. Francesca using Santa’s magic key left the phone beside Caleb’s stocking. Their mission was complete.
Morning came and Caleb ran into the living room. He saw his phone beside his stocking. He looked at the picture, but wait. A blank photo with just a santa hat in the corner. Caleb now believed!!! The group were puzzled. Where was Santa’s face? but as the smart fox said, ‘no-one sees Santa’, it is Christmas Magic!
