The Game is Broken or Very Slow

This section provides help on what to do if you think the game is not working properly. Please note that the games have not been tested on Windows 8 or OSX10.7 and above, so the games may not perform as expected on these Operating Systems.

The cursor disappears when I'm on the Main Menu. What do I do?

If the game detects that you are using a gamepad, it will not display the cursor on the menus. Instead, you can use the direction arrows on your gamepad to navigate around the menus.

Some of the voices or audio seem to be missing. What do I do?

If you see blue subtitles on screen but don't hear any audio - don't panic! There is no audio for these bits of speech and the game is working properly.

I've found a bug in the game, what should I do?

You can change the Display settings in the game. If you go to Main Menu and then choose Options, and then Display Settings you will be able to change how the game is displayed on your machine.

Reducing the screen resolution or graphics quality may increase the framerate on your machine.
