Trisha Biggar’s elaborate costumes are an iconic part of Star Wars history.
The BAFTA-winning Scottish costume designer spent years learning her craft in theatres across Scotland before eventually catching the eye of director George Lucas.
The newly-opened V&A Dundee is currently home to one of Trisha’s most stunning creations: a gown worn by Natalie Portman (playing Padmé Amidala) in Attack of the Clones.
The Force will be with her, always.
