This Red Nose Day Radio 1 presenter Jamie Laing will be lacing up his trainers to face his greatest physical and psychological challenge yet; an incredible 150+ mile run from London to Salford, completing an ultra-marathon every day for 5 days - all to raise money for Comic Relief.

It’s red and nosey. And this year, with you, it’ll be MASSIVE. Together, let’s go big, give big and feel good to help Comic Relief help people get the support they need across the world, including here in the UK.

This Red Nose Day, Morning Live presenters Gethin Jones and Helen Skelton will take on their most retro challenge yet: a 24hr throwback roller disco. They’ll be lacing up and skating round-the-clock to face a Red Nose Day challenge like no other, all to support people facing the toughest times.

From hip shakers, cake bakers and joke makers to Red Nose wearers, t-shirt buyers and sofa-sitting givers, it’s that time of year to come together to support people in the UK and across the world who are facing the toughest times of their lives.

This Red Nose Day, there’s lots to be excited about as we begin to celebrate Comic Relief hitting the big 4-0 in 2025.

With your help over the past 40 years, we’ve raised over £1.6 billion, supported over 100 million people, and had a great time doing it. So, this March, let’s all go big to help put food on plates, roofs over heads, keep little ones safe, and support families affected by conflict. Because when we all do a little something funny for money, giving gets bigger and bigger.

Billy Monger's epic IRONMAN challenge...

Last October, after twelve months of intensive training and relentless preparation, Billy Monger took on the world’s most iconic one day endurance challenge: the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawai’i, all to raise life-changing funds for Comic Relief-funded projects.

Throughout this remarkable journey, Billy has been driven by his desire to support those who, like him, have faced adversity but without the strong family and community support he was fortunate to have in the toughest times.

He’s seen first-hand the amazing work made possible by your donations as well as the critical need for these projects right here in the UK.

The incredible behind-the-scenes story of Billy’s road to Kona, the iconic race itself and the motivations which kept him going, will be told in an exclusive behind the scenes documentary coming to 大象传媒 One in March 2025.
