Keith Lynch’s life was changed forever by a skydiving accident in 2010. He suffered breaks in his back and leg before developing septicaemia. .

He awoke from a coma to be told that he was unlikely ever to walk again. His response to this devastating news?

Keith, who lives in Penicuik in Midlothian, overcame the challenge of walking, but didn’t stop there. In 2013, he took up climbing and has since become a Scottish champion, winning a place on the Great British team .
