Fresh kale smoothie

200g | Washed red kale |
500ml | Apple juice |
Method
Making a smoothie is an easy thing to do and takes no time at all. The first thing to do is chop the apple and place into a jug blender. Then peel the kiwi and avocado and add them in.
The easiest way to peel the ginger is by using a soon and just scrape the skin off. Chop this up and add to the blender. Wash the celery stick and chop it roughly and add that in along with the fresh washed kale.
Lastly pour in the apple juice and pop the lid on and blend for at least 3 minutes. This will make sure that all the ingredients are really well broken down into a smooth smoothie.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
