Series in which a group of eight overweight Brits must adopt a hunter-gatherer lifestyle for three weeks in the demanding environment of the Kalahari Desert, under the eyes of the Ju'/Hoansi tribespeople. The women have outlasted and outshone the men in their adaptation to the rigours of bush life, and their success in trapping now regularly puts guinea fowl on the menu. But the team is dealt another blow with the emergency evacuation of Melissa, who has a suspected deep vein thrombosis.
