Series that tackles the growing problem of canine and human obesity through a radical solution. Julian Bennett and his super fit Daschund Lulu, with the help of his enforcers celebrity dog trainer Amy Hatcher and vet Paul Manktelow, take eight fat dogs and their equally overweight owners on a joint diet and exercise regime in the ultimate weight loss contest.

This week, Julian puts our pairs through their paces when they return to the Fat Dog Fitness Camp. And our dogs face their toughest challenge yet when our neurotic bulldog, our 9 stone rottweiller and our panicky springer spaniel are all introduced to doggy hydrotherapy, or swimming, for the first time. After the dramatic weigh off, the two losing pairs go head to head in the swimming pool, and only one couple will be coming back next week.
