Series which examines the recent discovery of 800 short films from the Edwardian Age, made by pioneering film-makers Sagar Mitchell and James Kenyon. Rescued and restored after lying in a cellar for over 80 years, they throw new light on Britain at work and play before WWI. This edition shows us the first ever crime reconstruction film - the arrest of an infamous bank embezzler, plus a move into fiction that saw them move to the USA.
