There is something wrong with the neighbourhood's water pressure and when Mona finds out they are going to cut down her favourite tree to solve the problem she is distraught. Surely the tree can't be to blame? When she investigates further Mona realises it isn't the tree causing the problem at all - it's the shipload of miniature pirates that have mistakenly sailed into the neighbourhood!
