Children's animation about a dinosaur who joins a circus and travels the world. A very rare Siberian tiger cub, born in Moscow zoo, has come to Carter's attention. Weedon and Hatch are dispatched to Moscow to capture it. Tom, who is also in Moscow, has contracted a cold. The vet prescribes a powerful remedy for Tom. Weedon manages to drink the medicine himself and becomes very hot indeed, allowing Tom to save the cub from harm.
