Double bill of adventures with the metal-winged, pint-sized crimebuster and his partner, Karate. Stupidman tries to steal the Maharajah's jewel-studded turban and fails but accidentally succeeds in stealing his two million dollar sword. Hugo dresses up as Batfink and commits crimes all over the city. The police chief arrests Batfink but Karate is determined to prove who is the real criminal.
