He is helped by trains Victoria, Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, the twins Hammersmith and City and Ernie's friends Millie and Mr Rails. French chef extraordinaire Marcel Le Magnifique arrives. Millie sets about cooking a meal for him. Marcel is so impressed that he invites Millie to France.
