Series in which Jimmy Doherty looks back at his first years as a novice pig farmer. A real passion for Essex-boy Jimmy is to help bring back the extremely rare Essex pig. His elation at finding his first pigs quickly subsides when he discovers his breeding boar is scared of the female pigs and moves in with another male. Then Jimmy's task gets much harder when the pigs start dropping dead. Can he help rescue his favourite breed of pig, or will he push them closer to extinction?
