Ozzy Cobblepot, aka Penguin, has delusions of rebuilding the lost Cobblepot fortune, via high-flying robberies employing trained birds. Alfred is ensnared by Ozzy at the Cobblepot mansion. Can The Batman save him from being eaten by birds?
