Pinky tells a story about waking up in the middle of the night to find a stuffed animal party going on. Sir Pedro the penguin explains that the party is for Kingsley the dinosaur. He's stuck at the toy store and can't make it to his own party. Pinky suggests using the helium-filled party balloons to float to the toy store and have the party there instead.
