Todd and his friends, including Travis the turtle, are excited about a new slide that's so tall, it's built into a mountain. But Barry, a young bull who bullies other kids, prevents Travis from riding, insisting that the turtle is too slow to climb up to the slide. Todd and the gang try to appease Barry by making special roller skates to help Travis climb faster.
