Conductor Andrew Davis explores the stories behind one of the most famous pieces of English music - Elgar's Enigma Variations - and through it, a hidden portrait of Elgar himself.

He asks such questions as why was the work entitled Enigma and how can we relate to the Victorian characters behind it, and conducts the 大象传媒 Symphony Orchestra in a selection of the variations in Worcester Cathedral.
