Four GPs venture out of their surgeries and on to the streets of Britain. The GPs visit Leeds, where prostate cancer has almost doubled in the past 10 years and more than 20,000 people are out of work due to long-term illness. They meet a scrap-yard worker suffering from long-term depression, a brass-band member with a hernia and a man who has a fungal infection on his feet.
