Factual entertainment series about phobias and a radical new way to overcome them. During an intense three days, psychologists Dr Lucy Atcheson and Felix Economakis help two phobics face their fears by combining one-to-one therapy treatments with visits to the Panic Room, where their worst fears can come to life.

Sheryl Christian from Lincolnshire fights against her life-long phobia of vomit. Sheryl thinks her phobia started when she was two years old and she saw a child being sick in hospital. Her fear rules her life - she can't go to restaurants or bars and constantly cleans her home to ensure she doesn't get ill. Sheryl and husband Carl would love to start a family - but as long as Sheryl has a vomit phobia, this is just a dream.

Sharron Miller from Derbyshire has a morbid fear of birds. She's not quite sure how it started... but it's getting worse. It's got so bad that Sharron hates going out and can't even bring herself to look at roast chicken. The phobia affects every aspect of family life, but what worries Sharon most is that she doesn't want to pass her fears on to her three-year-old son, Henry.
