Former psychiatric nurse Jo Brand returns to her old hospital, St Mary's Bethlem (Bedlam), to demonstrate how today's worst insults – moron, idiot, imbecile and cretin - were once official medical diagnoses. But who, for example, first went 'bananas' and why?
