Barn Dance
Food series featuring Neneh Cherry and Andi Oliver. They cater for their best friend Amanda's housewarming barn dance for 100 guests at her the country pad.
In this episode Neneh Cherry and Andi Oliver are off to the country for a huge cook out. Their best friend Amanda is having a housewarming at her country pad in the form of a barn dance and Andi and Neneh are doing the cooking for one hundred hungry guests.
Rather than cooking one main dish, they鈥檙e doing a whole variety. The food is cooked in bulk on the barbecue. On the menu are lamb ribs marinaded in Coca-Cola and tomato ketchup, jerk chicken and fish, sweet potatoes, herby black beans, corn bread with sweetcorn, a yummy potato salad and a contrasting rocket, feta and pea salad.
In typical British form, the weather is terrible but this doesn鈥檛 stop the girls from having a great time whilst laying on a feast for all the gang who have travelled from all over the country to celebrate.
