Series set in the sleepy town of Ballylenon, Co Donegal, in 1953, before the days of mass tourism in Ireland - and proper plumbing in every home.
Trouble brews when the McConkey sisters join forces with hotel owner, Phonsie Doherty to campaign for the demolition of the Georgian courthouse to make way for a car park.
