Surrey's Rapid Action Team receive an anonymous tip off from a legitimate builder who is concerned that rogue traders may be targeting a residential street. Esther Flinders and her team from West Kent Trading Standards are on the hunt for counterfeiters at one of Kent's biggest car boot fairs.
