Tuning all the world's sonic toothbrushes to its frequency, the toothbrush transforms into a giant spider, kidnaps Professor Professor and returns to its creator, the evil Doctor Doctor. Victor and Anita must save Professor Professor and stop Doctor Doctor before decay sets in across town.
