Series in which model Lisa Butcher and singer Mica Paris set out to prove that anyone can look stylish, whatever their shape, height or age. Today they meet a throng of fit and fiercely competitive sportswomen, most of whom have not worn a dress for years. Some even regularly get mistaken for men. Lisa and Mica try to coax the women out of their tracksuits and show them that, while it's great to be powerful on the playing field, it's okay to be girly some of the time.
