Shaggy and Jamelia host the annual awards ceremony dedicated to music of black origin. Nominees including Amy Winehouse, Kanye West, Dizzee Rascal and Ne-Yo battle it out for such awards as Best Song, Best R'n'B and Best Hip Hop in a star-studded show at London's O2 Arena.
