Matt Allwright and sidekick Dan Penteado are on the trail of the fly tippers. Using the latest high-tech gadgets they track down the dumpers who leave your rubbish where they know they shouldn't. When Matt's new alter ego, Jimmy the East European builder, confronts one he gets a x-rated skip load of abuse dumped on him while another quite literally gives Matt a run for his money.
