Amateur cooks compete for the opportunity to go into business with chef and restaurateur Raymond Blanc. Five couples remain and have to come up with distinctive brands for their restaurants that will make them really stand out, but some of them struggle to create a winning concept. To make matters worse, the battle is on to promote the new brand as effectively as possible, and the would-be restaurateurs start to realise just how tough it is to get enough paying customers in.
