Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of one another. In Wendy Wear, Wendy is bored with designing clothes for her dolls, so her parents let her design new costumes for the servants. In Homeless Joe, when Wayne learns that the junkyard is closing down, he tries to start a campaign to save both it and Dirty Joe's home. He doesn't have much success and tricks his parents into letting Dirty Joe stay with them.
