Does city and town regeneration work?

Gary Robertson presents the programme from Dundee, a city which has gone through a major transformation in the last 20 years. From a city struggling with the effects of the decline of big manufacturing, it has reinvented itself as a university city with jobs being created in bio technology and computer game design.
