Heston travels to Delhi to unravel the roots of chicken tikka masala, visiting the home of the first in-restaurant tandoor and the spice market for inspiration. He also tries to build his own tandoor using a barbecue, and puts a chicken breast through Magnetic Resonance Imaging to come up with the perfect marinade.
