Update on the 1980s series about a group of doctors just starting out on their careers. Fey Probst was a single parent who could only settle down to study after her children had gone to bed. Finally qualified, Fey sailed through the punishing hours on a tide of euphoria and is now a consultant in A&E. But Fey is worried by the way young doctors are now rising to the top of the hierarchy in much less time than it took her generation, and she fears that they may not have the knowledge they need.
