The Olympics

Millions will be spent on regenerating the East End of London ahead of the 2012 Olympics. The games should leave a legacy of sporting facilities, business opportunities and a new transport infrastructure. Several of the UK's poorest areas are found in the region and unemployment is still high. Can the Olympics bring the people living there what they need?
