Pieces recorded as part of the Oxford Chamber Music Festival in September 2007.

1/4. The theme of the festival was the number seven - its mystical qualities and musical associations. Here, Beethoven's magnificent Septet, which was recorded at Oxford's Sheldonian Theatre, is heard alongside a piece by the festival's composer-in-resident, Michael Berkeley, taken from a concert given at the Holywell Music Rooms.
