Steve James presents an afternoon full of live sport. Starting with Heineken Cup Rugby from Italy, where the Dragons play Bennetton Treviso. Then from 3.00pm, there's live football commentary, with Cardiff City v Colchester Utd (SE FM), Bristol Rovers v Swansea City (SW FM) and Dagenham and Redbridge v Wrexham (North FM). Later, there's more Heineken Cup Rugby at 5.30pm, when the Scarlets play Munster at Stradey Park.
