Are you happy with your building factor?

Last night's Frontline Scotland investigation on 大象传媒1 Scotland looked into building factors. I want to know if you get value for money for what you pay your building factor? Do they carry out repairs promptly? How much do they charge you a month, and what do you get for your money? A recent survey of homeowners in Glasgow found half of people were not satisfied with their building factor. So do they need tighter regulation?
