4/8. Surveys show that 80% of addicts want to kick their self destructive habit. The problem is addiction services in Scotland are geared towards reducing the harm from drugs rather than helping people off them.

But this is about to change with the piloting of new abstinence services. Cathy MacDonald goes inside one of these new centres to find out that what they offer is a long, hard road of self discovery, hopefully leading to a life without the need for drugs.
