Five teenage couples put their parenting skills to the test by looking after other people's babies, toddlers, pre-teens and teenagers on a summer holiday. A catch-up on the main show, and the couples' family and friends tell how they think the teenagers are cope with the pressures of keeping a family holiday on track. The young surrogate mums head off for a day of holiday pampering, leaving the boys holding the baby.
