With fuel prices rising, is it right that Shell should be making record profits? Gary Robertson takes your calls.

With fuel prices rising, is it right that Shell should be making record profits?

As you pay over 拢1 for a litre for fuel, how do you feel about a profit of almost 拢14 billion for the oil firm? Unions are calling for a windfall tax and a cut in prices at the pumps. But if you're a Shell worker, in Aberdeen for example, it might be rather good news. And if you're a Shell shareholder you'll be feeling more comfortable with the news too. So where do you stand? Are you sick of rising prices, do you think the oil firms are ripping us off? Or do you think that a big firm will make big money and healthy profits make for a healthy economy?

Gary Robertson takes your calls, texts and emails.
