Series exploring a collection of turn of the century colour photographs. This episode features images from Europe in the aftermath of World War I.

In 1908, the French banker Albert Kahn gave a team of photographers the world's first portable colour cameras. They created an 'archive of the planet' - a collection of over 72,000 pictures taken in more than 50 countries. We take a look at the images his team recorded in Europe in the aftermath of World War I, as the continent struggled to recover from the destruction of war.
