Some 18 months ago in the mixed race town of Jena, Louisiana, two nooses were strung up on a schoolyard tree 鈥� a deliberate act by three white students against their fellow black colleagues. Within a year the racist sparks had started the flames of a new confrontation in America鈥檚 Deep South. Reporter Tom Mangold returns to the town to investigate what happened.
