Modelled on Motown's Hit Factory of the Sixties, Stock, Aitken & Waterman produced a seemingly endless stream of hits for Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Rick Astley, Sonia and Mel & Kim. They also brought continued chart success to Bananarama and reignited the career of Donna Summer, amongst others.
