Is it wrong to ban fags from being visible in shops and not alcohol?

The Scottish Government says cigarettes must not be visibly for sale in shops, yet alcohol and sexually explicit magazines will still be openly on display. Right, wrong, fair or hypocritical?

After years of miles above inflation price rises, there are fears that the housing market is going pear shaped. A fall in prices has begun in England and Wales with fears that they may drop by as much as 12 per cent this year. On the other hand, Scotland has so far bucked the trend with a very slight increase in prices during the last quarter; but for how long can this last?
