Drama-documentary charting the possible consequences of one of nature's most cataclysmic events, a supervolcanic eruption.

There are only about 40 supervolcanoes around the world. The one with the most lethal potential lies beneath Yellowstone Park in North America, a subcontinent home to 300 million people. Scientists know that one day the molten lava that bulges against the Earth's crust, creating Yellowstone's world-famous geysers, mudpots and hot pools, will explode through with devastating consequences - it's just a question of when. Based on the predictions of volcano experts and the latest scientific knowledge, government agencies have planned detailed evacuation scenarios.
